Steps to Work is a leading provider of employment and training services for long-term unemployed people in Walsall and Wolverhampton. We hold the ideas, skills and experience to deliver welfare-to-work programmes, making a significant and lasting difference to the number of people out of work and claiming benefits.

Our goal is simple; to help local unemployed people overcome their barriers and find rewarding, long-term employment. Steps to Work have a 'knowledge bank' of hundreds of voluntary, public and private sector organisations capable of supporting us in delivering additional specialist support, to help us in achieving our goals.
