Calder UK Ltd. works in partnership with employers and Jobcentre Plus to help customers find and sustain work through the shortest route way possible. Calder UK is part of Calder Holding, a Dutch organisation that specialises in employment related services and care. The services Calder offer are occupational rehabilitation, mental healthcare, debt counseling, assessment, career counseling, integration and citizenship.
Calder Holding has offered its services in The Netherlands and Belgium for many years. Since 2008, Calder Holding is also active in the UK with Talent Recruitment and from 2009 with Calder UK Ltd. The combination of Talent's employer approach based on their needs and the Dutch approach towards helping people find work through cognitive methods designed to achieve attitude change has proven to be innovative and successful in our FND contract in London.
