Pluss is a social enterprise that delivers specialist, innovative employment solutions to over 2,500 people with disabilities and other disadvantages each year.Our specialism is delivering social value for people who are statistically furthest from the labour market including people with complex mental health issues, learning disabilities and ex-offenders.

With its South West roots, Pluss is just approaching its fifth birthday and is already the largest social firm in the UK.Owned by four Local Authorities, we deliver a range of contracts on behalf of the DWP, local and health authorities, the Skills Funding Agency and ESF. We have also developed a range of Social Enterprises and an Intermediate Labour Market that directly employs over 500 people, over half of whom have a disability.
