Inspire 2 Independence (i2i) is an innovative provider of pre employment and skills services, with impressive performance having delivered over 40 programmes in 7 of the 9 English Regions.

Serving a range of customers, including those with barriers to sustainable employment, i2i has delivered large DWP and LSC/SFA Prime Contracts, as well as smaller-scale contracts for several local authorities, to over 45000 customers.

Locating some programmes at premier football and sports clubs and applying the power and appeal of football and sports based coaching, i2i has achieved up to 64% job outcomes.

i2i also delivers workplace learning and using highly innovative methods integrates end to end employability and skills training.
