ERSA Presentation from Welfare to Work Convention 2008
A number of ERSA members participated in the ERSA presentation at the Welfare to Work Convention 2008 to highlight the many examples of good practice in partnership working take place across the private and voluntary sectors.
The message being sent from DWP is that partnership working will become even more important in the future as wider use is made of prime and sub-contracting. ERSA members were keen to encourage delegates to engage in partnership working and offered their tips for success.
Delegates heard from Fran Parry, ERSA Chair; Stuart Knowles, Deputy ERSA Chair; Helen Robinson, The Salvation Army; Carole Carson, Intraining Employability; Mary Cripps-Warwick, Careers Development Group; Sorcha Faherty, TNG and David Heaney, Maximus.
