ERSA is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the Director
ERSA, the voice of independent providers of welfare-to-work services, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the ERSA Director to: ensure the smooth running of the organisation; offer excellent customer care to members; help with policy research and communications; and raise ERSA’s profile.
You will:
• gain a wide range of transferable skills and experience, with plenty of opportunity to use your initiative
• help to promote the effective implementation of ambitious welfare reforms, thereby gaining an insight into a key area of public policy
• work closely with ERSA’s members – a diverse range of private and third sector organisations that support the long term unemployed and others further from the labour market to find and keep a job and develop their skills
• build relationships with ERSA’s stakeholders in Whitehall, Westminster and beyond.
