ERSA Code of Business Conduct
ERSA has launched a Code of Business Conduct for members. It is designed to promote and maintain the high standards of professional skill, ability and integrity among ERSA members.
Jim Murphy, Minister for Employment and Welfare Reform said of the Code, "It is an important document and it is welcomed by Government."
The Code is based upon a core set of values which ERSA shares with partners and seeks to disseminate beyond the Association:
• respect for our partners (actual and potential), including the employment of fair contracting and funding arrangements
• integrity in our business practice
• an open and transparent partnership process with actual and potential partners
• prompt and receptive responses to industry issues and challenges
All new and existing ERSA members will sign the Code as a condition of their membership.
